Tax Associate (Part-Time | Remote | Work From Home)

Job Overview
We are hiring a Part-Time Tax Associate (Non-Credentialed) to assist customers with individual tax return preparation. This is a remote, work-from-home role involving video, phone, and chat-based customer support. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with individual tax return preparation
Provide professional support via video, phone, and chat
Research and respond to tax-related questions
Navigate multiple software applications to provide accurate guidance
Create a smooth and positive customer experience
Document customer interactions and notes clearly
Handle typing and chat-based support when required
Meet weekly KPI and performance standards

Working Hours
2 to 25 hours per week, based on demand
During peak tax season (April), 30+ hours may be available
Hours are not guaranteed and depend on assessment level
Overtime is generally not approved unless demand increases

Eligibility & Requirements
Active PTIN is mandatory
Minimum 2+ years of tax filing experience
Experience preparing at least 60 individual tax returns
Familiarity with tax preparation software
Strong technical skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
Must pass a Full Service Glider Assessment
Must be comfortable working on camera (mandatory)
Wired internet connection required

Salary
₹30 – ₹36 per hour
Pay depends on experience and assessment performance
