Job Overview
A beachside multi-cuisine restaurant and bar located in Havelock Island, Andaman is looking for an experienced Bartender to manage bar operations and interact with guests. This role is suitable for professionals who are comfortable with island life and long-term contractual work.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cocktails and mocktails
Manage bar counter operations
Maintain stock and cleanliness
Interact with guests and ensure service quality
Support daily restaurant operations when required
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
Willingness to complete the full 11-month contract
Comfortable living in a remote island environment
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-friendly
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Contract Details
Duration: 11 months
Working model: On-site
Weekly off: As per contract terms
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Provident Fund (PF) and statutory benefits
Staff meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Shared staff accommodation
Return airfare provided after successful completion of contract
Paid leave applicable after contract completion
